THE  TIME  IS  RUNNING  OUT

” If you are a Christian, Do you notice the white throne judgment ? At the white throne judgment, God will ask you, what were you doing when you were on earth. You may be able to say you are a good Christian by your self righteousness ,you go to the church every Sunday, you read the bible daily, faithful to tithe offering, God is with you, so you got an answer prayer. God had blessed you everything in your life.

“ Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For they been ignorant to God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own righteousness have not submitted to the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes “ ( Romans 10: 1-4 ).

What will happen to the Jewish people who believe in God but not in Christ ? Since they believe in the same God won’t they be saved ? If that were true Paul would not have worked too hard and sanctified so much to teach them about Christ. These Jewish people, go to the church regularly, twice a week fasting and pray, they offered tithe faithfully. They obey the law of Moses in their heart but Paul said they do not have assurance of salvation, so he prayed for them to be saved, Why ? “ By the law is the knowledge of sin “ (Romans 3; 20), “ For whoever shall keep the whole law and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all “ ( James 2; 10 ).

At the judgment day of God, He will look into your heart and see, what were you doing on earth with heartedly. No, ..  God will see, what will you possess in your heart. If you possess Jesus Christ in your heart, God recognized you as righteousness before Him, not by your deed, but by Christ Jesus in your heart. Do you realized that you are a sinner, “ Jesus Christ came to the world to save sinner “ ( 1 Timothy 1: 15 ) like you and me. The shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross cleansed all of our sin, even though we do not deserve and we became righteousness before God, because of Christ Jesus. He redeemed not by the corruptible thing like gold and silver but purchased by His precious blood , the sinless, spotless lamb of God.( 1 Peter 1; 18-19 ). It was the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time ( Heb 10: 10 ).

Jesus Christ is the most complete revelation of God, we cannot fully know God apart from Christ ( John 14: 7 ) and because God appointed Jesus to bring God and people together, we cannot come to God by anyway. Jesus said “I am the way, the truth and the life” ( John 14; 6 ). Nicodemus, who was the Pharisee and great teacher knowing and obeying the law of Moses completely , but he did not understand “ Born Again “ when he conversation with Christ.

Going to the church regularly, tithe offering  ,  praying ,bible reading are good things, but the only way to have assurance of salvation is accept Jesus Christ in your heart as your personal savior and Lord in your life with trust and obey Him.  God saved you by His grace when you believed Jesus Christ and salvation is not a reward for good things we have done, it is the gift of God by His merciful grace. The time is running out, “ All flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of the grass, the grass withers and its flower falls away “ ( 1 Peter 1; 24 ). Are you believed Jesus Christ as your savior and Lord in your heart .Be ready, before the white throne judgment.
